Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Phiaton Products purchased by consumers directly from us or our authorized retailers. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you're not satisfied with your Phiaton product for any reason, simply return it within the 30-day trial period for a full refund or exchange.
Note: please be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States postal service that is able to track shipments.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Limited One-Year Warranty
Phiaton products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever comes later. Phiaton’s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at Phiaton’s discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by Phiaton. If the product has been discontinued, Phiaton reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original method of payment to confirm that the refund has not been rendered. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please let us know and we may be able to issue the refund to you via gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will only be able to send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Buyer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning an item for review. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
