OVERNIGHT/2ND DAY DELIVERY

Orders must be placed before 1 pm US Pacific Time to be processed on the same business day. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Expedited shipping methods are not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska.

HAWAII/ALASKA AND P.O.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes generally take 5-7 days, although remote areas can take a bit longer. We do not offer expedited shipping.

SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES

Phiaton.com is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Phiaton.com is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
