Are they waterproof?
Your earbuds are water resistant, but not waterproof. For example, IPX4 sweat-and-water resistant design keeps your earbuds protected during workouts and light rain but you can’t wear them while swimming.
What Do I Need the App For?
You can use the earbuds without the ODDICT APP (available for iOS and Android) but the app will give you full control of your sound profile for personalized audio experience. With several simple gestures, you can enable/disable ANC, adjust ANC level (3 tiers), set equalizer/preset functions, or keep track of your earbuds and locate where they were last used.
What is a driver?
Drivers are the small electromagnetic devices that “drive” the sound coming from your earbuds and you can think of them as tiny speakers. TWIG PRO’s 12mm dual drivers provide distortion-free, premium sound.
How Does Smart Play/Pause Work?
The TWIG PRO earbuds have sensors built-in to detect when you’re actually using them, which not only saves battery but also very convenient. For example, Smart Play/Pause’s automatic ear detection pauses music when you take them out to talk to the casher until you put them back on.
Having pairing issues?
Be sure to remove the pink protective film from the earbuds and charge for at least 10 minutes before use. Only proceed with Bluetooth pairing once the film has been removed.
