Pro's: Sound stage--I love the sound stage presented by these headphones. It may be my ear shape, but I loved the prior generation PS 20s and these PS 202s sound just like them!
Sturdy--the construction seems much more durable than the PS 20s, though I've only owned them for a couple days, they don't have the thin metal wire holding the earbud like the PS 20s had. (I bought 3 pair of PS 20s because the thin metal piece that holds the earbud kept breaking.
Battery--these come with a rechargeable batter built in, which feels lighter than the PS 20.

Con: None that I've found so far. I have not tested the noise-cancelling feature, since I bought these in hopes that they would sound as awesome as the PS 20s.
