The earbuds won’t turn on
Please check that the protective film on the earbuds has been removed, charge them for at least 30 minutes, and then check again. If it doesn’t charge, make sure that the charging case and the USB charging cable are correctly connected.
It’s not pairing.
Before attempting to pair, ensure that the 'Bluetooth device' you intend to connect to is powered on and its Bluetooth function is activated. Additionally, consider the proximity between this device and the 'Bluetooth device' you wish to link; pairing is only possible within a 1m range. Lastly, don't forget to verify if the Bluetooth profile settings on the 'Bluetooth device' are correctly configured to ensure a successful connection.
How do I reset my earbuds?
If you encounter any unexpected issues while using 'PHIATON Bonobuds Plus,' you can restore normal functionality through a product reset.1. While the earbuds are inside the case, simultaneously press and hold both earbud touch areas for 8 seconds. The reset is complete when the white LED on the earbuds blinks twice. 2. When you take 'BonoBuds Plus' out of the case, the earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode five seconds later. 3. In your device's 'Bluetooth settings,' search for devices and select 'PHIATON BonoBuds Plus' to complete the pairing process. 4. The earbuds will provide voice guidance upon successful connection, with the message 'device connected'.
